当然,这个时候的哈利还没有发现并非是他的小伙伴们把他彻底忘了,而是因为一些原因,那些贺卡、信件全部都被偷走、藏起来了。
同样的,哈利的小伙伴们也在奇怪为什么哈利没有给他们回信。
纳威就幸运多了,在这一天他收到了很多贺卡,他很高兴,因为这是在往年都没有发生过的,那个时候纳威几乎是没有朋友的。
这其中有一张贺卡比较特殊,因为那是莱尔寄来的。
一张估计价值二十便士的贺卡,上面的内容居然还是圣诞快乐,甚至还有一个耶稣的画像,因此写在空白处的祝纳威·隆巴顿生日快乐违和感十足。
天知道那家伙到底是多么不上心,也许他是把往年没用完的圣诞贺卡拿过来随手写上一行字,加上地址便寄了出去,根本没细看吧。
不过,纳威要的只是那句祝福以及寄件人的名字,其他的他可一点也不在乎。
“哦,又是他,他可真是……”
隆巴顿夫人对此很有意见,这个老妇人有些时候的表现有些不近人情,比如她曾经让纳威把他母亲给他的糖纸丢掉。因此,这一次隆巴顿夫人依然非常不满意,她觉得莱尔这个人实在是太无礼了。
现在看来,果然这个暑假没让纳威去他那里玩是非常正确的举措。
因为人丁单薄,所以就算经过了装饰打扮,屋子里依然显得很不热闹
